The Art of Lefse Making
Do you enjoy the holiday season's most popular Norwegian treat, but have never learned how to make it? Or perhaps you've made it, but it hasn't turned out quite right? Come learn the secrets to tender, delicious lefse in this two-hour class. Demonstrations will be used to teach participants how to make the dough, and then everyone will learn how to roll, flip, and cook the lefse to perfection. Participants will be able to take home a few pieces to enjoy and will also receive a copy of the (secret) recipe. An apron is strongly encouraged for this class, as you are sure to at some point exclaim "Uff da, what a mess!"
