Are you an aspiring global foodie or a home cook wanting to warm some souls in this harsh winter? Look no further, and join us in exploring and enjoying pho (Vietnamese savory, clear broth soup). In this cooking class, you will learn to how to craft a beginner's pho -- simple AND authentic, garnish, and enjoy the one-pot meal. We will be using the mise-en-place method, going over spices for broth preparation. The broth will be provided and class will consist of preparing an array of garnishes and enjoying the pho. No prior experience required, but you will leave with a breadth of culinary knowledge from which you can springboard into more advanced pho. It'll be a pho-tastic experience!
