Ojibwe Wild Rice Hotdish

This class will allow participants to learn about the sacred Manoomin/Wild Rice which is genetically unique to Minnesota by receiving a hand out of the Ojibwe Creation Story which tells of how this sacred food was brought to the Minnesota Ojibwe People's. This class highlights easy cooking skills which will result in a ready to eat hotdish.
