Olympic Weightlifting Camp- Morning Session 5:30-6:45AM (Updated)

Our Olympic Weightlifting Program is designed specifically for teens eager to unlock their potential in a supportive and dynamic environment. Coaches Jeremy Gruensteiner and John Lubitz have extensive experience coaching state and national championship weightlifters. This summer camp will help participants to develop overall strength, peak levels of power production and athletic improvement. Whether you're looking to elevate your athletic performance or simply want to challenge yourself and make new friends, this program offers the perfect blend of intensity, education and fun to make this summer unforgettable. The summer will conclude with a USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition.
