Come Ride With UsRecreation & FitnessThese sessions are designed for experienced riders only. Participants must be able to safely catch, halter, tie, and saddle their own mounts. Riders must also ride proficiently at the walk, trot, and lope, and be comfortable performing a one-rein stop. Each session runs from 6:00 to 8:00 PM for four weeks, and includes a makeup date for weather-related cancellations. Group size is limited to ensure quality instruction. Drone Racing (Grades 3-8)After School CampsStudents will learn how to fly like the pros in the Drone Racing League by training on a flight simulator. Once they learn the basics of flying, they’ll assemble their very own drone which they can optionally purchase during the camp. After learning drone safety and maintenance, students will take their drone to the skies and compete in numerous races and challenges. Led by experienced instructors, students will leave camp with the skills and knowledge to pilot their drones and keep them running. The drones used in camps have cameras, and are perfect for entry level pilots.Spring/Summer 2026

EC Screening Thursday, August 6th, 2026Early Childhood ScreeningEarly Childhood Screening is a FREE, one-time, growth and developmental check required by the State of Minnesota for all preschool aged children (ages 3-6) entering school in Minnesota, including JumpStart Preschool or Kindergarten. It is best done when your child is around 3 years of age. All students entering a Minnesota public school for Preschool or Kindergarten MUST have it completed within 90 days of the start of attendance. Screening appointments are held at Probstfield Center for Education, 2410 14th St S, Moorhead. Screenings are offered about twelve times throughout the year. Screening is completed by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please note, if your child has a current IEP with Moorhead Preschool/Early Intervention Services, your child will not need this screening as this was completed during your child's evaluation. If you are unsure of the status of your child's IEP, please contact our office to verify prior to scheduling. Thank you!Summer 2026 -

Early Childhood ScreeningScreening is a FREE service for all Moorhead Area Public Schools children. Early Childhood Screening is required in the State of Minnesota. This screening can be completed any time after age 3 and prior to starting a public school. The ideal time for screening is between ages 3 and 4. At the screening, a simple check of vision, hearing, height, weight and development will be completed. This screening will help identify children who may benefit from resources to help in their development. Screening typically takes about 1 hour and you will stay with your child during the entire screening process. Screening is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Review the available days and choose a time that works best for you and your child. When scheduling, plan for a time that does not interrupt nap or meal routine as this interruption can affect your child's responses during the screening process. You will receive a confirmation email with more details regarding your child's appointment. If you do not receive this email, you are not scheduled. If you have any difficulties or concerns regarding this appointment process, please contact our office for assistance.Category -
