Boys Soccer Summer League
The Spuds Summer League is a chance for players to develop skills and team relationships before the fall soccer season begins in August. Players will meet at the MHS soccer fields for practice on Tuesdays and will play games between local high schools on Wednesdays. Players will need their own water, soccer ball, shin guards and soccer cleats. -
Girls Basketball Camp (Grades K-12)

Our Olympic Weightlifting Program is designed specifically for teens eager to unlock their potential in a supportive and dynamic environment. Coaches Jeremy Gruensteiner and John Lubitz have extensive experience coaching state and national championship weightlifters. This summer camp will help participants to develop overall strength, peak levels of power production and athletic improvement. Whether you're looking to elevate your athletic performance or simply want to challenge yourself and make new friends, this program offers the perfect blend of intensity, education and fun to make this summer unforgettable. The summer will conclude with a USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition. -

Spud Athletic Development (Grades 6-12)
This camp will not only focus on Athletic Development but also Physical, Mental, and Competitive GROWTH. We will be utilizing the MHS weight room (3) days. We will be on the outdoor turf or indoor track (1) day. In the weight room we will train (4) different types of strength, increasing bone density, and improving the development of muscle and its ratio to body fat. Our daily programming is designed to increase general physical preparedness, explosiveness, promote proper sprint acceleration/deceleration and change of direction mechanics, and plyometrics. -
